How MLM Questions Truly Motivate Your Network Marketing Downline Into Supercharged Activity

MLM questions are powerful.
In network marketing we often are introduced to people who do not know the true reasons that they want to make money.
Many have lofty unarticulated goals, and immediate pressing needs, but most have not analyzed their own sincere reasons for the pursuit.
As a leader, it is your privilege to help people who will soon be gaining significant incomes explore their core beliefs and become aware of their own motives and attitudes towards money and success.
This can be accomplished with a single question asked several times.
Network Marketing Questions What is important to you about ________? "What is important to you about money?" Answers may come back such as: financial freedom, happiness, security, power, accomplishment, self-respect, survival, love, support my family, self-worth, or philanthropy.
You then take the answer they gave and use it in the base of the next question.
If their answer was "financial freedom," you then ask, "What is important to you about financial freedom?" Answers may come back such as: being in control, no fear of being poor again, living the way I want, gaining respect, influence and power, securing the kid's future, ability to contribute to society, and no more struggling.
Take their answer and add it to the same formula for the next question.
"What is important to you about being in control?" They may answer that it gives them time to spend with their family, that they do not have to depend on anyone else to support them, or it dispels the fears they had as a child.
It may take 6 or 7 reiterations of the question to get to what really matters.
At this point, the person may start to become emotionally involved in the process and make significant decisions about where they want to go financially, and why.
Here, you have helped them gain clarity and have done them a great service.
As you gently help them dig deep into the real core of their beliefs, you help them discover their authentic motivations.
They will ponder if their rationale is valid or not.
Until people know their true reasons, and genuinely believe in them, they will not have the power or inner strength to endure the struggles and difficulties of building their network marketing organization and leading it to success.
By posing this series of questions early on in their MLM career, you will be helping them build on a more secure foundation.
